Delivery costs include transport, insurance and customs clearance. For deliveries to countries that don’t belong to the European Union, customs costs aren’t included at the destination nor are other taxes (customs duty); it is the recipient who must pay in cash to receive the merchandise.

The recipient will be responsible for all of the importation costs and tax that is generated at the destination’s customs, either if the merchandise is handed in to him/her or if he/she doesn’t take care of it.

We will attempt to deliver the order in the least amount of time possible, but the recipient must keep in mind the regulation of the country of destination for the importation of the requested articles, since PAMAPAMAR has no responsibility in this aspect. PAMAPAMAR won’t be imputable either for the effects produced by strikes, war conflicts or other circumstances that are beyond its control.

PAMAPAMAR won’t be responsible for the delays in customs clearance or if the local authorities decide to confiscate any element that forms a part of the delivery.

SHIPPING METHODS

Please note that orders placed during the weekend will be prepared to be sent on the Monday of the following week. National and local holidays in Spain can cause delays in deliveries.

To ensure maximum safety and speed, all orders are sent through private couriers. Once the shipment has been processed, you will receive an email with the information of the tracking number and a link so that you can follow it through the website of the Freight forwarders agency.

All product carry a black felt protective bag with PAMAPAMAR. The shipping package is delivered in a discreet box with no distinctive mark.

The invoice with the price is sent by email to the address you provide us during the purchase process. If you want to give away the item you have purchased, Pamapamar will prepare the package with the order that includes an unpriced delivery note.

 INSURANCE

All PAMAPAMAR items are the property and responsibility of the company until payment is received and the products are sent to the address specified by the customer. The items are insured against accidental loss or deterioration during shipment, this situation must be proven by the Freight forwarders agency.

You must make sure that your purchase arrives correctly when you receive it, for any claim contact our customer service team info@pamapamar.com, the original packaging must be kept in perfect condition to request the claim.

PURCHASE

To purchase an item at Pamapamar’s online shop, you have to choose “Add to bag” on the product page and click “Buy” button to complete your order. You will be redirected to the purchase safe area, where you can choose an invoicing address (where we will send the invoice) and a mailing address (which could be different that the invoicing one. For example: a work address, a company, the address of the person who will receive the gift…). In the last step of the Safety Payment, you could choose within several Payment options.

After receive the payment and confirm the order, it will be automatically send to Pamapamar to be applied. The confirmation of your order, suppose completely agreement of Terms and conditions of sale throw Pamapamar’s online shop.

You will receive an email with the confirmation and summary of your purchase.

Prices of Pamapamar products are in euros and includes taxes and fees. Pamapamar reserves the right to change at any time and without previous notice, the prices on the website www.pamapamar.com. However, the prices which appear when the consumer has made the purchase shall be deemed to be valid.

Shipping & Returns

The buyer has a deadline of fourteen natural days to waive, starting on the day that the client receives the product, without any penalization or indication of the reasons.

The exercise of the right to waive must be carried out through a notification sending an email to info@pamapamar.com.

According to what appears on article 103 of Law 3/2014, from the 27th of March, which led to the modification of the rewritten General Law for the Defence of consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods that are prepared according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or could deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from being waivered.

How to make the retun

  1. Send an email request for return to info@pamapamar.com.
  2. Fill in the return shipping slip included in the shipping box.
  3. PAMAPAMAR requests the transporter to pick up the box. The customer will receive an email confirming the time of collection and a document with the shipping address.
  4. The customer will have to stick in the box the information of the address to which the box has to be sent. We will send it to you in the confirmation email of collection.
  5. Once PAMAPAMAR receives the return and verify that everything is in perfect condition, we will make the return of the order amount.

Returns

PAMAPAMAR will take care of picking up the product.

PAMAPAMAR will take care of the refund costs.

In every case, the products that are returned must be in perfect conditions, must not have been used and be in its original packaging. We, therefore, ask for the package to be appropriately protected and sealed to avoid problems in its transport. Once we receive them/it, we will verify their/its state. Once we verify that both the article/s and the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed refunding.

The amount paid as “Shipping costs” will not be returned.

Return of a faulty product

In the case of a product not being in a good state and the causes not being a consequence of the client, he/she will have the right to return the product, informing PAMAPAMAR of the reason for the return through any of the means facilitated in the present contracting terms, and with no additional cost for the client. This return because of an imperfection of poor state of the product won’t be considered a right to waiver.

PAMAPAMAR commits to assume the cost of the refund and substitute the product for a new one in compliance with the terms that were accepted moment of sale.
